These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkr5 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using pkr5, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and pkr5 (hereinafter "pkr5", "we", "us" or "our"), in connection with your access to and use of the pkr5 online gambling platform accessible at https://pkr5.cam (the "Platform").

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
pkr5 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Where verification cannot be completed to our reasonable satisfaction, access to the Platform or to Account funds may be restricted pending resolution.
You may register only one Account per person, per household and per device. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and any secondary Accounts detected will be closed, with associated balances forfeited at our sole discretion. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and residential address.
Before processing any withdrawal — and at any point we reasonably deem necessary — we may require you to complete full KYC verification. Typical documentation includes:
Document Integrity: You must never alter, obscure, crop, edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication codes with any third party. pkr5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised Account activity.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. Specifically, you agree:
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type, as published in the Platform's help and rules section. By placing a bet, you accept those specific rules in addition to these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the applicable market at the time of placing a wager and may be adjusted by the operator at any time without prior notice.
All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your wager are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted, as shown on your bet slip confirmation. Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to system malfunctions that generate materially incorrect odds — do not create a binding contract, and pkr5 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes.
In-play markets on cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports are subject to rapid odds movements. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. pkr5 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time, including during periods of match incidents, data delays or technical interruptions.
pkr5 reserves the right to declare a bet void where: (a) it was placed on an event subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds displayed contained a manifest error; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; or (d) other circumstances as defined in applicable sport-specific rules. Voided stakes are returned to the User's Account Balance.
pkr5 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bonus amounts and expiry dates.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable only after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Until that point, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn and will be forfeited if the Account is closed.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Claiming a bonus through multiple Accounts, payment methods, devices or household members in an attempt to circumvent this restriction constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under these Terms.
pkr5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without notice. Where a User is found to have exploited a promotion or acted in bad faith, pkr5 may void bonus winnings and recover any associated funds from the User's Account Balance.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the live cashier within your Account. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced contextually. Whether any specific payment provider actively permits or processes gambling transactions is subject to the provider's own terms and policies, and pkr5 makes no representation regarding this. These providers do not endorse or support gambling operations.
Where supported by the operator's cashier, transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You acknowledge that currency conversion fees or restrictions may be applied by your payment provider without pkr5's involvement. pkr5 is not responsible for exchange rate losses or bank-imposed charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to verified payment methods in your name, as determined by the operator. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to our reasonable satisfaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method as displayed in the cashier. Processing times are indicative only and depend on the payment provider and operator processing schedule.
pkr5 operates in compliance with applicable AML and CTF policies. We reserve the right to request evidence of source of funds for deposits or winnings where required. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in Account suspension and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Upon detection of any prohibited activity, pkr5 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s), void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold or recover funds where legally permissible and report the activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkr5.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr5 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
pkr5 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) at the direction of a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (e) where we reasonably determine that continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable risk.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding and KYC verification is complete, available real-money balances will be returned to you via a verified payment method within the operator's standard processing timeframe.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings not yet meeting applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
pkr5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users acknowledge that gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial law.
